How We've Made Eppione Even Better...

Eppione 2.0. is here, bringing you more functionality, more flexibility and more visibility than ever before!

User Dashboard

We've redesigned the system to be even more intuitive and user-friendly. With Eppione 2.0.'s updated dashboard, your employees can:

  • Get automatic reminders for assigned activities, such as reminders for managers to review holiday requests.
  • See who is working each day and where they are working from - whether that be in the office, at home or on a business trip.
  • Get a detailed overview of their annual leave balance. To help keep allowances confidential, details are revealed by hovering your mouse over the relevant area.
  • View their total compensation, with their salary, bonus and Total Rewards Statement all in one place.


Working Time & Absence

We've made our rostering and timesheet tools even more flexible to support the complexities of managing shift patterns during the COVID-19 pandemic:

  • Employees can now request and approve shift swaps online through the platform.
  • Multiple shifts can be booked and recorded in a single day, allowing for split shifts,
  • Employees can clock in and out on their mobile, with sophisticated geofencing to ensure they're within a defined range of the workplace.
  • Timesheets are automatically populated when an employee clocks in and out, for accurate record keeping
  • Employees, managers and HR can track who is working from home or on a business trip, supporting remote collaboration in the post-pandemic workplace.
  • Administrators can allocate specific sick leave categories to enhance future absence reporting - for example, you can record the number of employees taking sick leave due to COVID-19.


Employee Benefits

Eppione 2.0. brings you more functionality and flexibility to manage your employee benefits, including:

  • Ability for employees to easily view the company and personal contributions for each of their chosen benefits.
  • Introduction of grading options for benefits, to align with your employee grading structures. For example, if you only wanted certain benefits to be available to top-grade employees, this can now be managed in Eppione 2.0.
  • Ability to upload videos and images to the benefits area, helping to communicate with employees and encourage uptake of benefits.


Business Intelligence

Eppione 2.0. brings a brand new business intelligence module to all of our clients, enabling enhanced people insights, reporting and decision-making:

  • With 360 cube technology, Eppione can now power advanced reports into a wide range of business areas - including Gender Pay Gap reporting.
  • The base level dashboard provides a snapshot of your key data and analytics.
  • The full analytics tool offers more in-depth data and formatting options, so you can drive advanced insights into a number of areas and support informed decision-making,
  • Set up standard reports, so you can run regular reports quickly and easily.


Mobile App

Our new and improved mobile app allows your employees to do even more on-the-go, with improved functionality to replicate the desktop view:

  • With the activities dashboard, employees can easily view their outstanding tasks.
  • Download training and other documents, and read them on-the-go.
  • Upload certificates, such as for training completion or sickness.
  • Book and approve annual leave from anywhere.
  • Clock in and out on mobile, with geo-fencing to verify the employee is near the workplace.
  • Add timesheets and sick leave, and manage rosters.
  • View and select individual benefits, with visibility of their Total Reward Statement.


Information and Documents

Last but not least, you can manage your employees' personal information and important documents in even more detail:

  • Add more employee information with additional fields.
  • Store documents in a central hub for easy access.
  • Automate document reminders to encourage employee engagement.
  • Receive read receipts and pull an 'unread list' to easily show who hasn't read each document.
  • Allocate documents to specific employees or groups, giving you greater flexibility.
